Bringing science home to Tyendinaga

Marcy Maracle, a "Let's Talk Science" coordinator at McGill University, brought of number of student volunteers like herself to the Quinte Mohawk School in her home community of Tyendinaga.

"We talked to the students about science, about how each volunteer was connected to the scientific community in different ways, and about ways that science is relevant in their lives," she wrote in this article for letstalkscience.ca. We did almost 20 different activities with the various grades."
