I hope you all had lovely weekends, as did we because this weekend we were able to travel to Quebec to the beautiful Mohawk Nation of Kahnawake for their annual Echoes of a Proud Nation Pow Wow. Before checking into our hotel on Friday, Kim - who is a former resident of Montreal - told Jen and I that we absolutely had to go to Smoked Meat Pete’s, her former go-to spot, for the best smoked meat in town. When anything is said to be the best, you know you just have to try it, so we did, and right away we knew it had to be the best because it was absolutely packed!
